The Innkeepers Directory CMS is a hosted solution. Using this model allows us to offer our clients an affordable fixed cost solution. Of course you may want to add extra features, which we would quote on a case by case basis. However it is our goal to have the Innkeepers Directory CMS offer all the functionality you need out of the box. We continue to look at new trends and technologies and when appropriate incorporate them in to our system, at no cost to our clients.

What you need to know.

A hosted solution is when you use software that you pay a service fee to use. Typically this service fee is substantially less than paying to own the same solution. Examples of hosted solutions include, Gmail or Hotmail (for your email).

Our pricing model is somewhat different to what you be use to with hourly programming rates, maintenance fees, design costs. We have fixed pricing for the different elements of what it takes to build your web site and get it running with your member’s data. Some elements have pricing that are optional or work on a sliding scale dependent on the size of your association.

Maintenance and Hosting

Unlike most web companies we have a flat yearly fee that covers your associations use of the Innkeepers Directory CMS.  This includes the hosting, domain name (if you have your domain with us) and maintenance of your site.

Cost:

  • Up to 20 Members – $499 per year
  • 21 to 60 Members – $699 per year
  • 61 to 100 Members – $999 per year
  • 100+ Members – $1499 per year

We charge for this on a sliding scale according to membership size, as along with more members comes more time helping you support your membership.

Initial Database Import (Optional)

This is an optional service for when you are first setting up your database of membership. You may already have your membership information in a database, however most of the time you need to manually enter in your members details. This is something you can do yourself after minimal training and instruction.

However as Innkeepers ourselves, we also realize time is precious and you or your membership may not have the time to do this. That is why we offer to help create the initial data in your membership database.

Cost: $20 per member.


Web site Design (Optional)

The beauty of our system is that you can have anyone create your website’s design for you. We then take that design (must be fully coded) and create the template for the web site.

You may choose to use our default template, at no extra cost.

You may also choose for us to have a design created for you. If this is the case we follow a standard design process protocol that allows you to give feedback a set number of times (typically twice once presented with an initial design option).

We strive to produce a design according to your budget.

Cost: From $2000.
