Not only the main marketing tool for your association, it adds administrative tools to manage your members as well.  However from a design (the look and feel of your web site) we offer a somewhat unique solution that can grow and change as designs are updated. Featuring a flexible template system for the the front end of the web site, you have the choice of having a third party develop the design of your web site, or we can do that for you too. We can even use your existing site and re-purpose it.

Administration

The Innkeepers Directory CMS will become your association’s administrators best friend! An administrator has the ability to comprehensively manage your members and association. Issue renewals, track payments, run a gift certificate program, and help and assist members, all from the administration interface.

Self-managing Member Listings

Your association’s members can quickly and easily manage their B&B’s listing. From their web listing, renewals, photos, specials, packages, recipes and features.

Of course they can view statistics as well, tracking various items, such as clicks through to their web site, availability calendar, short and long listings on the web site.

We even offer a built in FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) so members can educate themselves on the system.

Gift Cerificates

The system can allow your association to offer gift certificates. The system will sell the gift certificates to potential guests, allowing them to receive them automatically via email, or an administrator can manually mail them a nicely produced certificate which is generated by the system.

Members can log in and check the value and validity of gift certificates and redeem them.

Events

Members can quickly and easily add events to their regions page on the web site. This can be overseen by the administrator. This helps your site have relevant and plentiful dynamic content.
